FAQs

1. Where do you ship to? At the moment we deliver across the UK and USA only. If you are based in Dubai and would like to order please get in touch via our Instagram or drop us an email at hello@mylittlebarfi.com

2. How long will it take to receive my order? All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days and are shipped with Royal Mail. Please check our shipping policy for more detailed information.

3. My order is a gift for someone. Do you offer gift wrapping? At this time we don't currently offer any special gift wrapping except beautiful greeting cards which you can order and send us a note to handwrite for you (100 characters max). All of our orders are shipped in a special cotton bag which can be repurposed and reused. Keep an eye out on our site for gift wrapping to come soon. 

4. What should I do if I'm not happy with my order? We really hope you love any items purchased from My Little Barfi, but if you’re not happy and would like to return an item please do so within 14 days of your purchase. Further information on our refunds policy and process can be found on the refund policy page. 

5. How are your clothes made? We took a long time to find manufacturers who have the same values as us and we have chosen manufacturers who use GOTS certified organic cotton. To be GOTS certified means the manufacturers have to follow a stringent set of criteria including ensuring all practices are ethical. All of our products are proudly made in India. We hope to travel to the factories soon and share more insight into the process of production. Stay tuned!

6. Are your embroidered baby sleepsuits unisex? Yes! We have been really intentional about keeping the embroidery line of sleepsuits unisex as we are encouraging our customers to pass on the pieces. They are extremely versatile. 

 7. How do your pieces fit on the children? Generally speaking all of our products are designed to be generously sized to allow babies and children to grow into them. As parents ourselves we know how frustrating it is to buy clothing only for it to be too small after 1 wear. With our sleepsuits we recommend sizing up for a generous grow-into-it feel and for our pyjama sets we recommend buying the size based on the age of your child, i.e if your child has recently turned 4, the 4-5years size would be a generous fit.
